Rathgar

SOCIAL HOUSING

This project involved the renovation of a former 19th century suburban villa in Rathgar. The building was comprehensively renovated to provide 18 permanent social housing units, set out in studios and one-bedroom apartments, for Peter McVerry Trust.

Extant original features were retained and all building systems overhauled, with the emphasis on fire safety. The building now provides own door self-contained managed accommodation with additional amenities in a key location for the Trust.
